Q. What is procedure?
A :- To register your rent agreement online, first you have to send us your documents by WhatsApp (8551008175) OR by Email (info@puneregistration.com) then you have to book appointment by phone call. After that we visit your place to take your fingerprints and photo by webcam at the scheduled time. There must be owner, tenant and any 2 witnesses at your place. (*Family members can become witnesses)
Q. When will I get Rent Agreement ?
A:- You will receive an agreement copy by E-mail within 3 to 7 working days after bio-metric verification of owner, tenant and witnesses.
Q. Can I Register my own draft online?
A :- Online Rent Agreement can be done only in Govt. Standard draft. If you want to register your agreement in your own draft you have to do it by "offline". We also assist in this case.
Q. What are the required docs?
A:- Following are compulsory required documents:-

Q. What if owner & tenant are located at different cities within India OR Outside India?
A:- In this case we provide separate visit within India for bio-metric verification for both parties. Separate visit is depending upon locations and will be charged extra. For Outside India, we do e-kyc remotely.
Q. Is this online rent agreement acceptable in Bank, R.T.O., Passport?
A:- Yes, Online Rent Agreement is acceptable at everywhere as "Address Proof".
Q. Does Rent Agreement includes Police Verification?
A :- NO. We only provide Reg. Rent Agreement only & This does not include Tenant's Police Verification.
Q. What if tenant is a Company or Partnership Firm?
A :- *For Pvt. Ltd. Co.:-

*For Partnership Firm:- Partnership deed.
*LLP deed for Limited Liability Partnership.
*Shop Act License for proprietorship.
